Is this just another AI training?

Training is a minor component; the real work is applied organizational psychology.
Why not hire McKinsey, BCG, or Accenture?
You can. They'll deliver an excellent deck in 6 months for 5–10x our investment, and you'll execute it yourself. We're a small, senior team that integrates directly with your C-suite for 90 days, executes the change inside your operation, and reports ROI in euros — not theoretical frameworks. Why not do it internally with our IT or HR team?
Because you already tried, and that's why you're here. IT understands technology, not behavioral change. HR understands people, not AI. How much does the program cost?
Each engagement is sized according to the size of the organization, the current state of adoption, and the scope of the prioritized use cases. We work on a fixed, all-inclusive fee. The investment range and expected ROI are defined in the 45-minute Strategy Call.
What happens if we invest and it doesn't work?
If at the end of the program your leadership team determines it didn't meet the standard of excellence, we refund 100% of the investment. No conditions, no fine print. How do you measure ROI? I don't want another theoretical business case.
We measure three things, weekly:
Hours saved per employee — extracted from the M365 Admin Center with real usage by person and team.
Operational costs reduced — euros documented per optimized workflow.
Use cases in production — number of processes where AI is integrated and being measured.
The Day 90 final report is board-ready, in euros, signed off by the assigned executive owners. If we can't measure it, we don't do it.
My C-suite isn't aligned on this. How do you handle that?
That's exactly Phase 2 of the system: the EXCOM Alignment Workshop. A full in-person day with the CEO and leadership team where a shared ROI target is signed off, ownership is assigned by department, and every executive leaves with a pilot under their name. If your C-suite doesn't arrive aligned, the system aligns them. If the CEO doesn't want to participate, we don't take the engagement — without a real sponsor, it's impossible.
How much time does my team need to dedicate to this?
The real commitment is 4 two-hour sessions with the C-suite across the 90 days, plus 30-minute individual interviews during the Assessment. Internal Change Champions dedicate roughly 2 hours per week during the Adoption sprints. We do the rest. We didn't design this to overload your team — we designed it to free up 5 hours per week per person once it's done.
Does this work in my sector (regulated / technical / industrial)?

What happens after the 90 days? Are we left on our own?
